Should you receive a product that’s defective or shows signs of quality issues within the first 30 days, our warranty covers it, and we will offer a refund or free replacement. If you change your mind within the first week, we’ll provide a return address. Please ensure that the returned products are in like-new condition with all parts, accessories, tags, labels, etc. intact. These returns are eligible for a refund for the cost of the products.

We also offer a refund with no handling fee. If the product is successfully delivered, we will assume that the customer has received the goods. If there’s any issue with your shipment, will be glad to assist in claiming from the carrier company.

Regarding the return shipping fee, will cover the cost for returns due to products arriving with quality issues or being defective. For other returns not caused by product problems, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

Paypal refunds generally take 1-3 working days, and credit card refunds generally take 5-10 working days, subject to variations between different banks. In case of failure to receive a credit for a return, please contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.

Please be aware that your warranty and ability to return an item will be voided under the following circumstances:

– Attempting to disassemble, upgrade, repair, or alter the product in any way, including the removal of the tip, and any warning/safety labels or markings.
– External damage and/or wear and tear due to the nature and use of Orbeez gun products, which are not covered under the warranty of any product.
– Charging batteries without a smart charger. A smart charger is required to safely charge all batteries.
– Soiled garments or Tactical Gear/Apparel missing original tags. Soiled items or those with tags removed will not be accepted under any circumstance.

With regards to pre-order exclusives and limited edition items, we do not process cancellations to ensure the correct quantity is manufactured. However, our return, exchange, and warranty policies still apply to these orders.

Please be aware that due to our fast fulfillment processes, your order may be shipped before we receive and process your cancellation request.
